Time: 1:30 PM, Shotgun Start
Cost: $85 per player; includes tournament swag, cart, driving range, prizes, post-tournament luncheon, drink ticket and a $20 donation to the Alzheimers Association Colorado Chapter.

ALL TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION & PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN JULY 14, 2012. Tee times will be reserved for the first 72 golfers to register and pay.
